It's almost for sure we will get some 40 to 75 mph winds
tomorrow. And maybe higher. Cindy will cross some really hot waters as she nears
the Mississippi coast and will have to pretty big swells heading our way. She
could be growing toward the hurricane strength just as she comes ashore, but
gusts could be that or more. Keep your eyes on the surf. Bienville will fill up
with salt water once again.

This little storm was really downplayed by the weather media.
It ended up costing hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages to personal
property on Dauphin Island. Mainly vehicles being left in harms way. Not to
mention the scared vacationers who stayed on the beach for a small tropical
storm which was going to hit way over there in Louisiana.
