The driver of the pickup was arrested for urinating in public. Yes, he drove right up to the intersection, stopped the truck, got out and decided to take a leak right there in front of all the kids and parents. He looked like Jesus with greasy hair and a $100.00 a day meth habit. Just so happened, there was a Mobile County Sheriff working that spot. The passenger had to have paramedics check him out because he was so passed out, he could not be awakened. I'm not sure what they did with the passenger, but he was tow-up, and the driver went to Metro Jail in Mobile and the truck left on a flatbed wrecker..  Earlier a young girl was ticketed at this same point, for riding down the street in her Honda Civic with a young man on the hood. She was just giving him a lift to his car. These people think WE are the weird ones.
