 Steamed Layered Shrimp

| 3 Lb Shrimp |
-Crawfish Seasoning |
| 1 Large Onion |
2 Tsp Salt |
| 1 Louisiana
Brand, Dry |
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice |
Put about 2 cups of water in bottom of steamer. While water reaches boiling temp, layer shrimp into basket using dry seasoning, salt, onion rings, and dribble lemon juice on each layer. Place basket full of layered shrimp into steamer with lid in place. Steam on med/high heat for
about 10 minutes. Remove steamer from heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes while covered. Remove lid from steamer and begin woofing down process. Note: for milder shrimp for pussies, use recipe above, but briefly spray shrimp with water after steaming to remove coating of seasoning before eating. (For best results,, dredge pealed shrimp through doc-o- de-bay seafood dip/dressing/sauce/etc. Stuff.) See that recipe for details.
